The central theme of all of the programmatic thrusts is giving back to the community. Service projects, as well as collaborations and/or partnerships with other groups and non-profits are encouraged.

Through the Junior, Youth, and Collegiate Divisions, young people are trained in leadership skills, planning community projects, cultural events, and personal growth and development workshops.

We promote programs that help fight the growing rate of illiteracy – programs focused on the ability to read, write, speak, and listen in a way that lets us communicate effectively. This thrust also includes financial literacy – how to earn, manage , and invest money.
