The Cy-Fair Chapter ROSE Award (Recognition of Service Excellence) was established to recognize distinguished and dedicated women who have demonstrated exemplary dedication to community service. This award is presented annually at the Cy-Fair Chapter Tea and Roses Luncheon. The luncheon serves as the Profiles of Prominence event for the chapter as well as the Chapter’s Youth Scholarship Fund.
